Patibu Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Town76 Labs LLC (8 The Green, Suite 6098, Dover, DE 19901, ABD; "biz") tarafından sunulan Patibu mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulama'ya giriş yaparken bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
1. Hizmet
Patibu; evcil hayvanınızın bakım, sağlık ve yürüyüş kayıtlarını tutmanıza, yakındaki veteriner kliniklerini bulmanıza ve kayıp evcil hayvan ilanı vermenize yarar. Uygulama veteriner hekimlik hizmeti vermez. Hatırlatıcılar, aşı ve ilaç kayıtları sizin girdiğiniz bilgilere dayanır ve tıbbi tavsiye yerine geçmez; evcil hayvanınızın sağlığıyla ilgili kararlar için bir veteriner hekime danışın.
2. Hesap
- Uygulama'yı kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmanız gerekir.
- Giriş, telefon numaranıza SMS ile gönderilen tek kullanımlık kodla yapılır. Numaranın size ait olduğunu ve hesabınızı yalnızca sizin kullandığınızı kabul edersiniz.
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar, Hesabı sil ile silebilirsiniz. Tüm verileriniz silinir ve bu işlem geri alınamaz. Hesabı silmek, mağazadaki aboneliğinizi iptal etmez (bkz. 3).
3. Deneme süresi ve Premium abonelik
- Deneme: giriş yaptıktan sonra Uygulama'yı 3 gün ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz; bunun için ödeme bilgisi istenmez. Deneme süresince en fazla 2 evcil hayvan ekleyebilirsiniz.
- Deneme bittikten sonra: kayıtlarınızı görmeye devam edebilirsiniz; kayıt eklemek, düzenlemek veya silmek ve yeni kayıp ilanı vermek için Premium abonelik gerekir. Verileriniz silinmez. Mevcut kayıp ilanınızı kapatmak, düzenlemek veya silmek ve hesabınızı silmek her zaman ücretsizdir.
- Premium: aylık ve yıllık abonelik seçenekleri vardır. Güncel fiyat, satın almadan önce mağazada kendi para biriminizle gösterilir. Ödemeyi Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) alır ve mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil eder.
- Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve o andaki fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi App Store'da Ayarlar, Apple Hesabı, Abonelikler bölümünden; Google Play'de Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İade: iade talepleri, ödemeyi alan mağazanın (Apple veya Google) kurallarına göre değerlendirilir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
- Uygulama'yı silmek veya hesabınızı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; iptali mağazadan yapmanız gerekir.
4. Kayıp ilanları ve topluluk kuralları
Kayıp ilanları, Patibu'ya giriş yapmış diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir. İlan verirken:
- Yalnızca gerçekten kaybolmuş, size ait veya sorumluluğunuzdaki bir hayvan için, doğru bilgilerle ilan verirsiniz.
- İlan için bir iletişim numarası girmeniz ve bu numaranın ilanı görenlere gösterilmesini onaylamanız gerekir. Başkasına ait bir numarayı veya üçüncü kişilerin kişisel verilerini ilana yazmazsınız.
- Hakaret, tehdit, nefret söylemi, taciz, yanıltıcı içerik, reklam, satış veya sahiplendirme ilanı, başkasının haklarını ihlal eden fotoğraf ve hukuka aykırı her türlü içerik yasaktır.
- Hayvanınız bulunduğunda ilanı kapatırsınız.
Her ilan yayınlanmadan önce otomatik olarak, gerekirse bir moderatör tarafından kontrol edilir. Bu koşullara uymayan ilanları yayınlamayabilir, yayından kaldırabilir ve kuralları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz. Bir karara itiraz etmek için info@town76labs.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Uygunsuz ilanları "İlanı bildir" ile iletebilir, kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsiniz. İlanlar kullanıcıların kendi içeriğidir; doğruluklarını garanti etmeyiz ve kullanıcılar arasındaki iletişimden sorumlu değiliz. Tanımadığınız kişilerle buluşurken güvenli, kalabalık yerleri tercih edin ve ödül için önceden ödeme yapmayın.
5. İçeriğiniz
Uygulama'ya yüklediğiniz fotoğraf, belge ve metinlerin sahibi sizsiniz. Bize, yalnızca hizmeti size sunmak, ilanları diğer kullanıcılara göstermek ve moderasyon yapmak amacıyla bu içeriği saklama, işleme ve gösterme hakkı verirsiniz. Bu hak, içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer.
6. Konum ve yürüyüş kaydı
Yürüyüş kaydı, Veteriner bul, yakınınızdaki ilanlar ve ilan konumu, telefonunuzun konum iznine bağlıdır. Yürüyüş sırasında konum, ekran kilitliyken de kaydedilebilir; bunu telefonunuzun izinleriyle siz seçersiniz. GPS doğruluğu cihaza ve çevreye göre değişir; rota ve mesafe bilgileri yaklaşıktır.
7. Yasak kullanımlar
Uygulama'yı kötüye kullanamazsınız: başkası adına hesap açmak, giriş kodu sistemini veya SMS gönderimini kötüye kullanmak, otomatik araçlarla veri toplamak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, Uygulama'yı yavaşlatacak veya bozacak şekilde kullanmak ve başkalarını rahatsız etmek yasaktır.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Önemli belgelerinizin asıllarını ayrıca saklayın.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
Patibu adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı bize aittir. Uygulama'yı kişisel kullanımınız için kullanabilirsiniz; kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz ve izinsiz dağıtamazsınız.
10. Uygulama mağazaları
Uygulama'yı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (Licensed Application EULA) de geçerlidir; bu koşullarla çeliştiği durumda Apple'ın sözleşmesi uygulanır. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve Uygulama'ya destek vermekle yükümlü değildir.
11. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Hizmeti makul bir süre önce duyurarak sonlandırabiliriz; bu durumda verilerinizi silebilmeniz için size süre tanırız.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara ABD Delaware eyaleti hukuku uygulanır. Bu seçim, yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kurallarından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz. Türkiye'de veya Avrupa Birliği'nde yaşayan tüketiciler, kendi ülkelerinin tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurabilir.

Patibu Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Patibu mobile app (the "App"), provided by Town76 Labs LLC (8 The Green, Suite 6098, Dover, DE 19901, USA; "we"). You accept these terms when you sign in to the App. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Patibu helps you keep your pet's care, health and walk records, find nearby veterinary clinics and post lost-pet notices. The App does not provide veterinary services. Reminders, vaccine and medication records are based on what you enter and are not medical advice; consult a veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use the App.
- Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your phone number by SMS. You confirm the number is yours and that only you use your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings, Delete account). All your data is deleted and this cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription (see 3).
3. Trial and Premium subscription
- Trial: after you sign in you can use the App free for 3 days, with no payment details required. During the trial you can add up to 2 pets.
- After the trial: you can still view your records; adding, editing or deleting records and creating a new lost-pet post require a Premium subscription. Your data is not deleted. Closing, editing or deleting an existing lost-pet post and deleting your account are always free.
- Premium: monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. The current price is shown in the store in your currency before you buy. Payment is collected by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and charged to your store account.
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in the App Store (Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled under the rules of the store that took the payment (Apple or Google). Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
- Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in the store.
4. Lost-pet posts and community rules
Lost-pet posts are shown to other signed-in Patibu users. When posting:
- Post only for a pet that is really lost and is yours or in your care, with accurate information.
- You must enter a contact number and agree that it is shown to people who see the post. Do not post someone else's number or any third party's personal data.
- Insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, misleading content, advertising, sale or adoption listings, photos that infringe others' rights and any unlawful content are prohibited.
- Close the post once your pet is found.
Every post is checked automatically, and by a moderator where needed, before it is published. We may decline to publish or remove posts that break these terms and suspend accounts that break the rules. To contest a decision, write to info@town76labs.com. You can report inappropriate posts ("Report post") and block users. Posts are users' own content; we do not guarantee their accuracy and are not responsible for communication between users. When meeting people you do not know, choose safe, public places and never pay a reward in advance.
5. Your content
You own the photos, documents and text you upload. You grant us the right to store, process and display this content only to provide the service to you, to show posts to other users and to moderate them. This right ends when you delete the content or your account.
6. Location and walk recording
Walk recording, Vet Finder, nearby posts and post locations depend on your phone's location permission. During a walk, location may also be recorded while the screen is locked; you choose this through your phone's permissions. GPS accuracy varies with the device and surroundings; routes and distances are approximate.
7. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the App: creating accounts for others, abusing the sign-in code system or SMS sending, collecting data with automated tools, trying to bypass security measures, using the App in a way that slows it down or breaks it, and harassing others are prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Keep the originals of important documents separately.
9. Intellectual property
The Patibu name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may use the App for your personal use; you may not copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute it without permission.
10. App stores
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to support the App.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page and significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms. We may discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice, in which case we give you time to delete your data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. This choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Consumers in Türkiye or the European Union may bring claims before the consumer bodies and courts of their own country.
