Patibu Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Patibu mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanırken hangi kişisel verilerinizi, hangi amaçlarla ve nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar. Uygulama'yı Town76 Labs LLC ("biz") sunar ve kişisel verileriniz için veri sorumlusu biziz. Türkiye'de yaşıyorsanız 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnimiz burada.
1. Kısaca
- Patibu, evcil hayvanınızın bakım, sağlık ve yürüyüş kayıtlarını tutmanız, veteriner bulmanız ve kayıp ilanı vermeniz için bir araçtır. Verilerinizi yalnızca bunun için işleriz.
- Reklam yoktur; reklam kimliği, kullanım analitiği veya takip (tracking) aracı kullanmayız. Verilerinizi satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmayız.
- Hesabınızı Uygulama içinden (Ayarlar, Hesabı sil) tek adımda silebilirsiniz.
- Kayıp ilanı verirseniz ilanınız ve iletişim numaranız, Patibu'ya giriş yapmış diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir. Her ilan yayınlanmadan önce otomatik olarak, gerekirse bir kişi tarafından kontrol edilir.

4. Bildirimler
Bakım ve ilaç hatırlatıcıları telefonunuzda yerel olarak planlanır; içerikleri sunucularımıza gönderilmez. İlanınızın durumu değiştiğinde (yayına alındı, incelemeye alındı, yayınlanmadı, yayından kaldırıldı) size bir anlık bildirim göndeririz; bu bildirim hayvanınızın adını ve ilanın durumunu içerir, açıklama veya telefon numarası içermez. Bildirimleri telefonunuzun ayarlarından veya Uygulama'dan istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
5. Kayıp ilanları ve moderasyon
- Kimler görür: yayındaki ilanınız, Patibu'ya giriş yapmış diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir: fotoğraf, hayvanın bilgileri, açıklama, son görülme yeri, ödül, adınız ve iletişim telefonunuz. İlan vermek için bir iletişim numarası girmeniz ve bu numaranın ilanı görenlere gösterilmesini onaylamanız gerekir; başkasına ait bir numara girmeyin.
- İlan kapanınca: hayvanınız bulunduğunda ilanı kapatabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Kapatılan ilanlarda iletişim bilgileriniz artık diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez.
- Otomatik kontrol: her ilan yayınlanmadan önce, metni ve fotoğrafı uygunsuz içerik ve konuyla ilgisi açısından otomatik olarak kontrol edilir (OpenAI). Bu kontrol, iletişim telefonunuzu içermez. Emin olunamayan ilanlar, Patibu ekibinden bir moderatör tarafından incelenir. Sonuca itiraz etmek isterseniz info@town76labs.com adresine yazın; ilanınızı bir kişi yeniden inceler.
- Paylaşım görseli: ilanınızı Uygulama dışında paylaşmak için bir görsel oluşturabilirsiniz. Görsel telefonunuzda üretilir ve yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz yere gönderilir; telefon numarasının görselde görünüp görünmeyeceğini siz seçersiniz.
- Uygunsuz ilanları bildirebilir, kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsiniz; engellediğiniz kullanıcının ilanlarını görmezsiniz.
6. Abonelik ve ödemeler
Premium abonelik App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve ödemeyi Apple veya Google işler. Abonelik durumunuzu yönetmek için RevenueCat'i kullanırız: RevenueCat, mağazadan gelen satın alma bilgisini hesap kimliğinizle eşleştirir. Kart bilgileriniz bize veya RevenueCat'e ulaşmaz.
7. Verilerinizi işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar
Verilerinizi yalnızca Uygulama'yı çalıştırmak için, aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla ve yalnızca gerekli olduğu kadar paylaşırız. Bu sağlayıcılar verilerinizi kendi amaçları için kullanamaz.
- Supabase: veritabanı, dosya depolama, giriş ve sunucu işlemleri. Verileriniz Avustralya'da (Sidney, ap-southeast-2) bulunan sunucularda tutulur.
- Twilio: giriş kodunun SMS ile gönderilmesi (yalnızca telefon numaranız).
- Google: Veteriner bul için Google Places (arama konumunuz ve sorgunuz sunucumuz üzerinden, hesap kimliğiniz olmadan iletilir); Android'de Google Maps ve bildirimlerin iletilmesi (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Apple: iOS'ta Apple Maps ve bildirimlerin iletilmesi (Apple Push Notification service).
- Expo: anlık bildirimlerin Apple ve Google'a iletilmesi (bildirim anahtarı ve bildirim metni).
- RevenueCat: abonelik durumunun yönetimi (hesap kimliği ve mağaza satın alma bilgisi).
- OpenAI: kayıp ilanlarının otomatik kontrolü (ilan metni ve fotoğrafı, iletişim telefonu olmadan). OpenAI bu içeriği model eğitimi için kullanmaz; kötüye kullanım denetimi için en fazla 30 gün saklayabilir.
- Sentry: hata ve performans kayıtları; AB'de (Frankfurt) tutulur, IP adresi saklanmaz.
- Resend: moderasyon ekibine giden e-posta bildirimleri (ilan numarası, hayvanın adı ve türü, şehir ve ilçe; açıklama ve telefon içermez).
- Cloudflare: bu web sitesinin ve moderasyon panelinin barındırılması. Bu site çerez kullanmaz.
8. Yurt dışına aktarım
Town76 Labs LLC ABD'de kuruludur. Verileriniz ABD'de ve yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucularının bulunduğu ülkelerde işlenebilir. Bu aktarımları yürürlükteki mevzuatın öngördüğü güvencelerle (örneğin standart sözleşme hükümleri) yaparız. Türkiye için ayrıntılar KVKK aydınlatma metnindedir.
9. Saklama süreleri
- Hesap verileriniz, kayıtlarınız, dosyalarınız ve ilanlarınız: siz silene veya hesabınızı silene kadar.
- Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz, evcil hayvanlarınız, tüm kayıtlarınız, dosyalarınız, ilanlarınız ve hesabınız silinir; sistem yedeklerinden de en geç 30 gün içinde kaybolur.
- İlan durum bildirimleri: 90 gün. İlan işlemlerinin kullanım sınırı kayıtları: 30 gün. Veteriner bul istek kayıtları: 2 gün.
- Hata ve performans kayıtları: en fazla 90 gün.
- SMS giriş kodları kısa ömürlüdür ve doğrulamadan sonra tutulmaz.
10. Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinizi taşınabilir biçimde alma haklarınız vardır. Çoğunu Uygulama içinden kendiniz yapabilirsiniz (Profil; Ayarlar, Hesabı sil). Diğer talepleriniz için info@town76labs.com adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Türkiye'de yaşıyorsanız KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız ve başvuru usulü aydınlatma metnindedir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda veya Birleşik Krallık'ta yaşıyorsanız verilerinizi şu hukuki sebeplere dayanarak işleriz: sözleşmenin ifası (hesabınız, kayıtlarınız, yürüyüşler, Veteriner bul, ilanlar, abonelik), meşru menfaat (güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, moderasyon, hata kayıtları), açık rıza (telefonunuzun izinleriyle verdiğiniz konum ve bildirim izni) ve hukuki yükümlülük. Yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayanan bir karara tabi olmama hakkınız vardır (bkz. 5: talep ederseniz ilanınızı bir kişi inceler). Bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız da vardır. ABD'de yaşıyorsanız: kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.
11. Güvenlik
Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (TLS). Her hesap yalnızca kendi verilerine erişebilecek şekilde satır düzeyinde yetkilendirme uygulanır. Dosyalarınız herkese açık olmayan depolama alanlarında tutulur ve size yalnızca kısa ömürlü imzalı bağlantılarla sunulur. Sunucu tarafındaki gizli anahtarlar Uygulama'ya gömülmez.
12. Yaş sınırı
Patibu'yu kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmanız gerekir. 18 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek veri toplamayız; böyle bir hesap fark edersek sileriz.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayımlar ve üstteki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama içinde de duyururuz.

Patibu Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when you use the Patibu mobile app (the "App"), why, and how. The App is provided by Town76 Labs LLC ("we"), the controller of your personal data. If you live in Türkiye, our notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) is here (in Turkish).
1. In short
- Patibu is a tool for keeping your pet's care, health and walk records, finding a vet and posting lost-pet notices. We process your data only for that.
- No ads. We use no advertising identifiers, usage analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- You can delete your account in the App in one step (Settings, Delete account).
- If you post a lost-pet notice, the post and your contact number are shown to other signed-in Patibu users. Every post is checked automatically, and by a person where needed, before it is published.

What we do not collect: advertising identifiers, usage analytics, your contacts, your own health data, your payment card details.
4. Notifications
Care and medication reminders are scheduled locally on your phone; their content is not sent to our servers. When your post's status changes (published, in review, not published, taken down) we send you a push notification with your pet's name and the post's status; it never contains the description or a phone number. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings or in the App at any time.
5. Lost-pet posts and moderation
- Who sees them: a live post is shown to other signed-in Patibu users: the photo, the pet's details, the description, the last-seen place, the reward, your name and your contact phone. To post you must enter a contact number and agree that it is shown to people who see the post; do not enter someone else's number.
- When a post is closed: you can close or delete a post once your pet is found. Contact details of a closed post are no longer shown to other users.
- Automated check: before a post is published, its text and photo are checked automatically for inappropriate content and relevance (OpenAI). The check does not include your contact phone. Posts the check is unsure about are reviewed by a moderator from the Patibu team. If you want to contest a result, write to info@town76labs.com and a person will review your post again.
- Share image: you can create an image to share your post outside the App. It is made on your phone and sent only where you choose; you decide whether the phone number appears on it.
- You can report inappropriate posts and block users; you will not see posts from users you have blocked.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Premium is bought through the App Store or Google Play, and Apple or Google processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status: RevenueCat matches the store's purchase record to your account id. Your card details never reach us or RevenueCat.
7. Service providers that process your data
We share your data only with the providers below, only to run the App and only as far as needed. They may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Supabase: database, file storage, sign-in and server functions. Your data is stored on servers in Australia (Sydney, ap-southeast-2).
- Twilio: sending the sign-in code by SMS (your phone number only).
- Google: Google Places for Vet Finder (your search location and query are passed through our server, without your account id); on Android, Google Maps and notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Apple: on iOS, Apple Maps and notification delivery (Apple Push Notification service).
- Expo: relaying push notifications to Apple and Google (the notification token and the notification text).
- RevenueCat: managing subscription status (account id and the store's purchase record).
- OpenAI: the automated check of lost-pet posts (the post's text and photo, without the contact phone). OpenAI does not use this content to train models; it may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Sentry: error and performance logs, stored in the EU (Frankfurt), without IP addresses.
- Resend: email alerts to the moderation team (the post number, the pet's name and species, city and district; no description or phone).
- Cloudflare: hosting this website and the moderation panel. This website uses no cookies.
8. International transfers
Town76 Labs LLC is established in the United States. Your data may be processed in the US and in the countries where the providers above run their servers. We make these transfers with the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified under it.
9. Retention
- Your account data, records, files and posts: until you delete them or your account.
- When you delete your account, your profile, pets, all records, files, posts and the account itself are deleted, and they disappear from system backups within 30 days at the latest.
- Post status notices: 90 days. Usage-limit logs of post actions: 30 days. Vet Finder request logs: 2 days.
- Error and performance logs: up to 90 days.
- SMS sign-in codes are short-lived and not kept after verification.
10. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
We rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and the UK GDPR:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): your account, your pets and records, walks, Vet Finder, lost-pet posts and your subscription.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention and usage limits, moderation of posts, error and performance logs.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): location access and notifications, through your phone's permissions; you can withdraw it at any time in your phone's settings.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): records we must keep by law.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (see 5: a person reviews on request). You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
11. If you are in the United States
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information; write to info@town76labs.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
12. Your rights
Most of this you can do yourself in the App (Profile; Settings, Delete account). For any other request write to info@town76labs.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
13. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Row-level authorisation ensures each account can only reach its own data. Your files are kept in private storage and served to you only through short-lived signed links. Server-side secret keys are not embedded in the App.
14. Age
You must be 18 or older to use Patibu. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn of such an account, we delete it.
15. Changes
When we update this policy we publish the new version on this page and change the date above. Significant changes are also announced in the App.
